SUGARBUSH MAPLE SYRUP FESTIVAL 2023

We learned so much about how maple syrup is made, from tapping the trees to boiling down the sap to make syrup. We even got to taste some freshly made syrup - it was delicious! 

Not only did we learn about maple syrup, but we also had the opportunity to explore the beautiful natural environment at Kortright Conservation Centre. We went on a guided nature walk and saw all sorts of interesting plants and animals.

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and we're so grateful to have had the chance to learn and have fun in such a beautiful setting.
